Andrew did an amazing job selling our house at a price that literally astounded us. We had heard he was known for getting top-dollar for his sellers, and our house went $100K over our "dream" price. This was due, in my view, to his expertise on every aspect of selling - staging, timing, listing price, presentation of the house, and the right number of open houses before the offer deadline. He then went back and got counter offers and again - a response to the house that exceeded what we had even hoped for.

The house sold very quickly and we couldn't have been more pleased with his game plan and the whole team he brought to work with us. He communicated promptly, was reliable and available to answer all our questions, offered great suggestions on staging and the final steps of our remodel, was calm and considerate, and showed the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Andrew and his assistant Alex were amazing! They are the best! They were thorough and professional and great to work with. They staged the unit beautifully. They kept me apprised about the status of potential offers and always let me know as soon as a new one came in. They were honest and forthright- no games. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Even after the first buyer pulled out at the last minute, they were able to get my unit back on market immediately and I had a solid offer by the next day. It was a joy to deal with them throughout a process that could have been very stressful, but was not because of their professionalism, care, and knowledge. The Dinsky team is THE best! There are so many real estate agents in LA, how do you even pick one!? But the Dinsky team caught my eye because they had impeccable reviews and we saw that they sold and bought many beautiful homes in the areas we were looking in. Once we set up a call with Andrew, we knew he was our agent. The search for a new home felt helpless before him; we had been looking for most of 2021 with no success (in case someone in the future reads this review and doesn’t understand, 2021 was a very difficult year to be a buyer), but once we retained him has our agent, we found our new home within a month. He has amazing connections and we were able to get an off market listing. He was never pushy in the search process and always gave great advice. We were even able to beat out a higher offer thanks to him. He also recommended other great people to work with (go with his recommendations!! We got an amazing rate for our financing). Buying a home is a difficult process, but Andrew and his team make the process so seamless.
