Here is a detailed timeline of my experience with Andrew to demonstrate how he built trust. I originally had Andrew co-list my property right before lockdown started. That original experience was not great. My condo was not getting any interest, and we decided to take a "wait and see" approach vs getting creative and hustling given the turn in the market.
