Andrew helped my wife and I buy our first home. Even before we were officially looking, Andrew took the time to chat with me about what my situation was, what kind of home we were interested in, and to give me a sense of what the home buying process was. This was several months before we started the process and Andrew knew that we weren’t ready to start quite yet. Nonetheless, he graciously let me pick his brain and learn from his expertise.

And when we started to look in earnest, he was right there with us all the way. He was down to earth, communicative, and attentive. He was always available when we had questions and brought a colleague in to help out while he was out of town briefly so that our search didn’t have to go on pause.

Once we found our home, he worked wonderfully to make sure that issues found in our inspection were addressed, and I know that his professionalism and easy-going nature helped keep that process smooth with the seller and the seller’s agent.

After we closed, some structural issues that had not been found in the inspection came up… and even though it was after closing Andrew still had our back. He was able to quickly help us get everything resolved and with a minimum of complications.

I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend him to anyone thinking about buying or in the process of doing so.

As an investor I can be a bit of a pain, but that’s why Andrew is specifically so good. He understands my business and knew exactly what we wanted and how to get it done appropriately. Few agents have his acumen or his professionalism. Very high recommend!!!
